American Airlines Adds Super Bowl Flights With Reference To Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce

This is going to be a long two weeks.

The Kansas City Chiefs are headed back to the Super Bowl where they will meet the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium.

Following the Chiefs win over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game to book their ticket to the big game, American Airlines added a flight that runs form Kansas City, Missouri to Las Vegas, Nevada, which included a reference to Chiefs TE Travis Kelce and his superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift.

With their relationship being at the forefront of the NFL, the airline company numbered the February 10th flight from Kansas City International Airport to Harry Reid International Airport as Flight No. 1989, referencing Swift’s popular album by the same name and the regular flight by Flight No. 87, referencing Kelce’s Chiefs jersey number.

Super Bowl LVIII will kickoff on February 11th at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
