A Super Bowl parade is a ceremonious time for a city to come together and put aside difference in celebration of the ultimate goal being realized, and that was the case in Kansas City Wednesday for the Chiefs Super Bowl parade, until news broke soon after its conclusion that shots were fired.
Kansas City Police and military personnel have responded to the area, reportedly clearing out Union Station in pursuit of suspect(s).
As of now, 10 victims, including multiple children, have been transported to the hospital and two armed men have been detailed as suspects. One of those victims has passed away.
