The Kansas City Chiefs are now the most hated team in the National Football League.

According to a recent study by Bet Online, a recent study using software that tracks trends on Twitter/X, the team that has received the most negative comments over the last 90 days is the Chiefs. The posts considered might say something like “I hate the Chiefs” or “S**** the Cowboys” or other more elaborate insults. The poll included over 120,000 tweets.

While the Chiefs certainly have players that are likable, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see NFL fans turn on them. People tend to get tired of watching the same team win over and over again.

You also can factor in the Taylor Swift impact. Not a lot of fans were happy with the amount of attention the superstar was getting during her presence at Chiefs games.

The Chiefs will look to continue their winning ways in 2024, looking to become the first team in NFL history to three-peat as Super Bowl champions.
