Former NFL cornerback Vontae Davis has passed away at the age of 35.
Davis, originally drafted by the Miami Dolphins resided in Southwest Ranches, Florida where his body as found on Monday morning.
The cause of death is unknown at this time but no foul play was suspected.
Chester Frazier, head basketball coach for Illinois where Davis went to college, tweeted his condolences out breaking the news on social media.
