Josh Allen ‘Snapped’ At Stefon Diggs After Week 1 Loss vs Jets: “It’s One F–king Game”

The Buffalo Bills officially moved on from star wide receiver Stefon Diggs on Wednesday, trading the four-time Pro Bowler to the Houston Texans in exchange for a 2025 second-round pick.

In the aftermath of the trade, there’s been a lot of chatter about Diggs’ time in Buffalo and on Friday, The Athletic’s Tim Graham shared a story that should keep the conversations going.

According to Graham, Bills quarterback Josh Allen “snapped” at Diggs following Buffalo’s Week 1 loss to the New York Jets.

“But Josh Allen snapped at him,” Graham relayed. “And he said, ‘It’s one f—–g game. And kinda just motioned, like, I’m not talking to you here. And Diggs walked away and Josh was sat there.”

Rumors about Diggs relationship with the Bills deteriorating began in January of 2023 following the Bills’ Divisional Round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Allen and Diggs were spotted getting into a heated argument during the game on the sidelines.

Rumors about Diggs’ ‘unhappiness’ in Buffalo first began to surface in January 2023 following the Bills’ Divisional Round loss to the Bengals. Allen and Diggs were spotted getting into a heated argument during the game.

In June, Diggs was mysteriously absent from Buffalo’s mandatory minicamp, which only fueled his unhappiness with the team even more. Diggs eventually returned, however, questions about his future with the team persisted throughout the season.

Now, Diggs, 31, joins the Texans where he hopes to bounce back with a fresh start.
