Tom Brady Says He’d Possibly Be Willing To Come Out Of Retirement To Play For Patriots Or Raiders

Tom Brady has been officially retired from the NFL for more than a year but he’s still flirting with a potential comeback.

Last week, Brady made an appearance on a YouTube show called “DeepCuts with VicBlends.” Brady received a haircut from the young barber turned entrepreneur.

During the hour-long conversation, Brady was asked if he would consider returning to play, if a team needs a quarterback due to injury late in the year. Brady didn’t say no. In fact, Brady mentioned two teams as possible comeback candidates.

“Patriots. Could be Raiders, could be, you never know,” Brady revealed.

Brady added: “I’m not opposed to it. I don’t know if they’re going to let me if I become an owner of an NFL team. I don’t know. I’m always going to be in good shape, always going to be able to throw the ball, so. To come in for a little bit, like (Michael Jordan) coming back? I don’t know if they’d let me, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it.”

Here’s the clip:

Brady is set to join the Raiders ownership group, which could be a damper on his aspirations to potentially make a comeback.
