Patrick Mahomes Had The Perfect Response When Asked About 2024 Election

Patrick Mahomes continues to answer the difficult questions with ease.

In a recent interview with TIME Magazine, the Chiefs superstar quarterback was asked if he’ll be voting for Donald Trump or Joe Biden in November’s 2024 Election. While others in the NFL have been outspoken for their support for either candidate, Mahomes perfectly answered the question.

“I don’t want to pressure anyone to vote for a certain president,” Mahomes said, per TIME magazine

“I want people to use their voice, whoever they believe in. I want them to do the research.”

The Chiefs have had their fair share of controversy this offseason, most notably with their kicker Harrison Butker – who gave a speech at a college. Mahomes came to the defense of Butker, saying many people come from different places.

“I’ve known [Harrison] for seven years and I judge him by the character that he shows every single day. And that that’s a good person,” Mahomes said. “That’s someone who cares about the people around him, cares about his family, and wants to make a good impact in society.”

The Chiefs are coming off a Super Bowl 58 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Kansas City is scheduled to open the 2024 regular season in Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens.
