The Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers played on some bad field conditions on Friday night in São Paulo, Brazil.
Daire Carragher who covers the Green Bay Packers for 247 Sports posted a video of the field and the close-up of the end zone really tells the whole story.
Many players were forced to change their cleats and it was a topic of discussion after the game. Both sides downplayed the impact the field played, probably because they didn’t want to sound like excuse makers but everyone who watched the game knows it impacted play.
As for the game itself, it was an exciting high-scoring affair that ended with the Eagles winning by five, 34-29.
