The record-breaking temperatures for Sunday’s Cardinals-49ers game at Levi’s Stadium forced fans who attended the game to great creative in how they watch the game.
According to FOX, the temperature was 95 degrees at kickoff and hit 100 degrees in the middle of the second quarter. Bay Area News Group photographer Jose Carlos Fajardo posted a photo on X of a temperature gauge in the stadium showing the temperature at 112 degrees down on the field.
The heat forced fans that were attending the game to find a different way to watch the game. A fan posted shared a video of hundreds of Niners fans sitting in the concourse of the stadium and watching the game on a television.
It was a rough Sunday for these Niners fans as they not only had to deal with the heat but they saw their team blow a lead and lose to the Cardinals, 24-23.
