It didn’t take long for Caleb Williams’ father, Carl Williams, to voice his displeasure with Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus.
During the pre-draft process, many people raised their concerns with the No. 1 overall pick’s father becoming a nuisance for any organization that drafted his.
On Thursday’s Williams’ dad took to Twitter to call out Matt Eberflus for the lack of accountability he showed following the Bears’ 18-15 to the Washington Commanders last Sunday.
Carl deleted the tweet but the folks at 670 The Score in Chicago reached out to him to see if he would elaborate on his comments:
The Bears (4-3) sit in last place in the NFC North and will travel to Arizona to take on the Cardinals on Sunday. If the loses continue to pile up, it sure seems like Eberflus will be fired after the season, especially if Caleb Williams continues to struggle.
