Authorities in Ohio have released the body cam footage carpeted from a couple of police officers involved in the postgame brawl between Michigan and Ohio State players on Nov. 30th.
In the three minute video, you can see a lot of pushing, shoving, and punches being thrown as staffers and police tried to break up the melee.
The footage, released by the Franklin Country Sheriff’s Office, also doesn’t appear to show any usage of pepper spray, which was used by police to try and separate the two teams.
Here’s the clip:
Michigan shockingly upset Ohio State, 13-10 and tried to plant the Michigan flag at midfield after the game. That’s when all hell broke loose.
For Michigan, they will be facing No. 11 Alabama in the ReliaQuest Bowl while the Ohio State Buckeyes still have their eyes on a National Championship as they will take on the Tennessee Volunteers at home next Saturday night.
