Baltimore Ravens Release Kicker Justin Tucker

The Baltimore Ravens have released kicker Justin Tucker.

Widely considered the best kicker in league history, Tucker has struggled relative to typical performance and the looming cloud of 16 allegations of sexual misconduct at day spas Tucker frequented surely factored into the decision.

The team released this statement from VP and GM Eric DeCosta, citing a “football decision” in a rather too obvious instance of trying to stray away from the rest of the relevant issues.

After a career-low 73.3% field goal accuracy in 2024, the Ravens selected rookie kicker Tyler Loop from Arizona in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, indicating potential competition at the position.
