BREAKING: Bengals And Trey Hendrickson Agree On A Reworked Contract

The Cincinnati Bengals and star defensive end Trey Hendrickson have agreed on a new contract that will make Hendrickson one of the highest paid defensive player’s in the NFL.

Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the two sides came to an agreement on Tuesday.

Hendrickson’s extension comes after months of negotiations which included a trade request that was granted by the Cincinnati Bengals. Hendrickson did not take part in any of the team’s offseason activities including training camp and preseason.

The 30-year-old is coming off a season where he lead the NFL in sacks (17.5).
