The fire sale for the New York Jets continues.
The Dallas Cowboys have traded for star defensive tackle Quinnen Williams from the New York Jets, sending a 2027 first-round pick and a 2026 second-round pick in return. Dallas had extra draft capital after acquiring a 2026 first-round pick from the Green Bay Packers in the Micah Parsons trade, which helped facilitate the deal.
For the Jets, this move follows their earlier trade of cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Indianapolis Colts for two first-round selections, signaling a potential rebuild. Williams, who has recorded 32 tackles and seven tackles for loss in eight games this season, now joins a Cowboys defense looking to strengthen its interior presence.
