Free agent cornerback Rasul Douglas is signing with the Washington Commanders on a one-year deal worth up $3.8 million, Adam Schefter reports.

The 30-year-old Douglas signed with the Miami Dolphins after 53-man roster cuts were made and played 15 games last season. Douglas began the season behind Jack Jones and Storm Duck but eventually took over for an injured Duck in Week 1 and established himself as the team’s top cornerback.

Douglas has started 93 games during his nine year NFL career which included stints with the Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles.

He has 21 career interceptions.
