Myles Garrett is set to undergo knee surgery to fix what limited him throughout training camp, The Ringer’s Tom Pelissero reports.
Garrett, who the team acquired in a blockbuster trade with the Cleveland Browns, will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his knee. The team will place him on injured reserve and the hope is that Garrett will be able to return in four weeks.
The Rams’ next four games are tough ones, with Los Angeles set to face the New York Giants, Denver Broncos, Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills in that span.
The earliest Garrett can return is in Week 6, when Los Angeles hosts the Arizona Cardinals.
