Several Star NFL Players Reportedly Considering Sitting Out Season Until Kaepernick Is Signed

There may be a few less stars on the fields of stadiums around the league come Week 1 of the NFL season, according to Shaun King at least.

The writer took to his Twitter account Saturday to state that following the NFL’s new legislation of National Anthem policy, numerous star NFL players have informed him that they plan to sit out a portion of or the entire upcoming season in protest of the apparent “black-balling” of former 49ers Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid.

The two both remain unsigned after being leaders in the movement that led players all over the league to kneel during the National Anthem before games in protest of police brutality and racial injustice.
