According to the Santa Clara Police Department, police were called by Brock’s girlfriend on Thursday night at 9:35 p.m. after she reported that her 28-year-old boyfriend had assaulted her. Police noted “visible injuries” on the victim upon arriving at the location, less than a mile from the 49ers’ home, Levi’s Stadium. Brock was booked into the Santa Clara County jail after voluntarily going to police headquarters later that night.
Brock’s arrest comes as the latest in a long line of trouble 49ers players have found themselves in, marking the 15th arrest since 2012.
He has since been cut.
