On Sunday, the former home of the Detroit Lions — the legendary Pontiac Silverdome was scheduled to be demolished for good but like man legends, they never die.
Officials conducted a partial implosion with a blast originally set to break the metal beams supporting the upper ring of the dome and causing the structure to be demolished to the ground.
Well, it was all an epic fail:
