Gase may be out in Miami but staying in the AFC East having been hired as the new head coach of the New York Jets.
Gase was brought in by Miami to be a “quarterback whisper” to Ryan Tannehill, but was let go after a disappointing end to the 2018 season and a 25-27 record over three seasons. He will now try to be the same for Sam Darold in the Big Apple.
