Odell Beckham Jr.’s numbers and production have gone down dramatically since he left the New York Giants, and if it’s up to Odell Beckham Sr., it’s due to Baker Mayfield.
Odell Beckham has gone from can’t-miss TV and the biggest star in the league to a role player on a 4-4 team, and Odell’s dad wants fans to know it’s not his fault.
Pops posted a 12-minute long video of Mayfield missing his son with passes, and based on the evidence, he sort of has a point.
The post includes a caption containing a series of hashtags, including “#ihurt4him” and “#iloveclevelandlikeilovehome#ilovemysonMO.”

Someone who commented on the post claimed Mayfield “just doesn’t wanna get Odell the ball.” Beckham Sr. responded to the comment with three check mark emojis.
Through six games this season, Beckham has only 17 catches on 34 targets for 232 yards and two carries for 14 yards, with zero touchdowns.
Beckham’s name has been tossed around in possible trades, but it’s unlikely Cleveland will move him by Tuesday’s 4 p.m. deadline.
