I’ve seen enough. Put the Super Bowl in Munich next year.
The NFL played its first ever game in Germany Sunday in front of a packed Allianz Arena crowd, and it was incredible.
The fans were raucous and attentive, even singing an American classic, ‘Country Roads’, at the top of their lungs together regardless of which of the 32 team’s jersey each fan was wearing. Heck, if your eyes were closed you’d think you were at a college football game on a Fall Saturday in the Appalachians.

After the clocks struck zero, nearly the entire crowd stayed, and thirty minutes after the game ended with the players all gone, thousands of fans remaining soaking up the final moments of the first ever NFL game in their country.
