Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is making changes to his helmet ahead of the 2023 season.
According to Jay Morrison, Burrow has switched to a new quarterback helmet from Vicis. The move to the new helmet will help prevent concussions caused by the ground and for someone who has yet to have a concussion during his career, wearing this helmet makes a lot of sense.
Burrow isn’t the only quarterback that will be wearing the new helmet. Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett is also making the switch in 2023.
While Burrow knows that the risk is always there for head injuries, if we can wear something that can try and prevent them, then he’s going to.
