Here’s How Eagles And Packers Beat Writers Are Uniquely Getting Around Brazil’s Twitter Ban

With the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers getting ready to kickoff the first-ever NFL game in Brazil, reports that cover both teams have come up with a unique way to get around the country’s recent ban on Twitter/X.

Last week, Brazil’s Supreme Court announced a nationwide ban of X/Twitter in response to a recent dispute with the social media platform over its failure to ban accounts that violate Brazilian’s law and X’s refuse to respond to the complaint in court.

The timing couldn’t be worse for the NFL as the ban was handed down just one week before their game.

So how are the reporters covering the team from Brazil? They are using another social media platform, having their significant other tweet for them or creating a live blog.
