Puka Nacua isn’t the only one complaining about the NFL refs.
Kelly Stafford, the wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matt Stafford, took to Instagram to call on the NFL to investigate the officials after one incident when a referee was getting “too excited” after comfirming a coach and believes it tracks with the highly-controversial two-point conversion play and the illegal man downfield play. She called for an investigation into the officiating.
“Never seen refs get this excited about a catch,” she wrote. “Now the blown dead two point conversion and illegal man downfield makes sense. Should we be looking into this? Can I get these refs names?”
The Rams lost control of the No. 1 overall seed in the NFC and the NFC West crown following a 38-37 overtime loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
There was plenty of controversy including a two-point conversion play that was reversed after review.
