Aaron Rodgers is set to begin his final year in the NFL and he’s not holding anything back.
Rodgers was a guest on the Not Just Football with Cam Heyward podcast and among the many things he discussed was politics, which he called a “sham.”
Not only did Rodgers go after previous president’s like Barack Obama and Joe Biden, but he went after Donald Trump.
“When Obama was president, everybody thought there’d be hope and change for a better world. But did anything in the Black community get significantly better? Is anybody better off?Did the Affordable Care Act make a major difference besides being an extra tax? Is health care that much better in this country? Then Trump comes in, says he’s going to drain the swamp and do something and nothing happens, nothing changes. Then they roll out that old bag of bones (Biden). That was a wild four years. And then you bring back the guy from the TV show now he’s really going to change things, right? This is his second time, so now he’s really going to fix everything. Politics is a total sham.”

Rodgers and the Steelers, meanwhile, will be opening the 2026 NFL regular season on Sunday, taking on the Falcons.
