Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper was one of the best college wide receivers in the country this past season and took home the 2014 Biletnikoff Award.
As the 6-foot-1, 210 pound receiver gets set for the NFL, he took time to show us that he can probably do a pull-up better than a lot of people.
Cooper posted this video on his Instagram page of himself doing pull-ups, with a bit of a twist in between each rep. After watching this video, please make sure you use caution when trying to prove to yourself that you can do this as well.
