Antonio Brown Trade Was Such A Terrible Deal For The Steelers, Even Madden Declines It

It was expected that the Steelers were holding gout for nothing less than a first round pick to trade Antonio Brown for, but as we learned Saturday night, they weren’t getting one.

The Raiders were able to steal the star WR away from Pittsburgh for merely a 3rd and 5th round pick.

The compensation for a player who at this trajectory will go down as one of the greatest WRs of all time was so low for the Steelers, Madden won’t even allow the trade.

In fairness, the Madden trade simulation doesn’t factor in the instances of diva behavior and Brown requesting the trade.
