The Chicago Bears have moved on from the Jay Cutler era as of this morning, signing Tampa Bay Buccaneers backup quarterback Mike Glennon.

Glennon, who has thrown just 11 passes since 2014, will receive a deal worth $43.5 million over three years, or $14.5 million per year. In comparison with Brock Osweiler, the now poster-boy of overpaid QBs, Osweiler is getting paid $3.5 million more per year.

Sources also say Chicago will take a quarterback in this year’s draft.
