BREAKING: Ezekiel Elliott’s Suspension Upheld At 6 Games After Appeal

Ezekiel Elliott appealed his suspension of 6 games for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy on Aug. 15, and a decision was reached Tuesday to uphold that suspension.

The NFL Player’s Association released a statement on arbitrator Harold Henderson’s decision.

NFL.com’s Mike Garafolo shared an image which outlines the rational behind the decision.

The explanation states that the investigation concludes that there “were of the view that there is substantial and persuasive evidence supporting a finding that [Elliott] engaged in physical violence against Ms. Thompson on multiple occasions.”

Elliott will reportedly be eligible to play Week 1 when the Cowboys take on the Giants because of his pending lawsuit against the NFL, but if he does, will then not see the field until Week 9.
