The New York Giants have fired head coach Ben McAdoo, according to NFL Network:
#Giants have informed coach Ben McAdoo that he’s been relieved of his duties as coach. Less than a year after making the playoffs. Unreal

The Giants fired their embattled head cocah after a meeting with ownership at the team facility a day after the team’s 24-17 los to the Oakland Raiders dropping the team’s record to 2-10 and six days after the team’s embarrassing benching of QB Eli Manning.
McAdoo’s tenure ends with a 13-15 record. The Giants went 11-5 in his first year, making the postseason as a wild card team before falling to the Packers by 25 points in the opening round of the NFC playoffs, but they plummeted to the second-worst record in the league this year.
The Giants aren’t done, there could be more firings coming.
