Beyond being the most criticized coach in the NFL, Jeff Fisher just got a contract extension.

The Rams have extended Jeff Fisher’s contract for two more years, through the 2018 season, a source informed of the situation told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. Fisher has already signed the deal, per Rapoport.

The Rams sit at 4-7 3rd in their division only in front of the 49ers. Backed by ownership citing the well-handed moved from St. Louis to Los Angeles, the team is hoping Fisher can turn the Rams around.

Fisher just needs three more losses to move into soul possession as the coach with the most losses in NFL history.
