Previously with the Saints, veteran right end Ben Watson came out of retirement to join the New England Patriots after Rob Gronkowski decided to retire.
He’ll now be served a four-game suspension to start the season after failing a drug test.
Watson announced the news via his social media accounts on Sunday.

Watson explained that he began using testosterone this offseason after his doctor recommend he do such. While testosterone is perfectly legal to prescribe and take, it is included in the NFL’s PED policy as a banned substance.
