The Raiders leaving Oakland was inevitable but it will be happening a year earlier than expected.
Somewhat getting lost in the news of Super Bowl LIII, it has been reported that the team will be playing in Oracle Park across the bay in San Francisco for the 2019 season.

The Raiders are relocating to Las Vegas in 2020, but will now be leaving the city they’ve called home since 1960 a year early due to the team puling a 2019 lease extension offer off the table after the city of Oakland sued them and the NFL for antitrust violations and breach of contract late in the season.
Even with the move, the Raiders will still be the only remaining NFL team to play in stadium purpose built for baseball, playing over-top the diamond for a portion of their season.
