The biggest thing that was holding the Seattle Seahawks back was their offensive line and on Monday, they made long strides in fixing that issue.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Seahawks have acquired All-Pro offensive tackle Duane Brown in a trade with the Houston Texans in exchange for CB Jeremy Lane and draft picks:

Brown, who was holding out until Week 7 of the NFL season played his first game of the season for the Texans in Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks.
The 32-year old was a first round pick of the Texans in 2008.
