On the eve of the new NFL league year, the Minnesota Vikings have locked up their starting quarterback, Kirk Cousins.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Vikings and Cousins agreed on a two-year contract extension, keeping Cousins in Minnesota until 2022.

Vikings reached agreement on a 2-year extension with QB Kirk Cousins, per his agent.
