Browns CB Will Have To Spend $100,000,000 If Cavs Win NBA Finals After Making Joke On Twitter

This week in sports taught us the power of Twitter and how easily that power can get you in trouble courtesy of Bryan Colangelo, and we have example 1.a thanks to Damarious Randall.

The Cleveland Browns DB made what he said was a “joke” on Twitter Monday, promising any fan who retweeted his tweet a jersey if the hometown Cavaliers won the NBA finals.

Though they’re prohibited underdogs, if the Cavs somehow pull it out against the Warriors, at about $100 a pop, Randall would theoretically need to shell out $100,000,000 to pay for all the jerseys.

Randall makes a shade under $2 million a year. That’s a lot of debt.

Randall’s tweet currently stands as the most retweeted tweet by any NFL player in history as well as one of the most retweeted tweets ever.
