After entering the game in place of starter Tyrod Taylor against the Jets, rookie QB Baker Mayfield quickly established a connection wit star WR Jarvis Landry. Apparently the connection works both ways.
Needing a two-point conversion to tie the ball game at 14, Cleveland drew up a trick play that sent a direct snap to Landry, who tossed it to an uncovered Mayfield out wide for his first career NFL score.
