The NFL has an officiating problem.

During the third quarter of today’s critical AFC South showdown in London between the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars, Jags DE Calais Campbell was called for a horrible helmet-to-helmet penalty.

The replay showed clearly that Campbell made no contact to Watson at all with his helmet.
