After running a fake punt that resulted in a touchdown, the Bears once again opened up the playbook on a two-point conversion attempt against the Vikings on MNF.

The snap was taken by Trubisky, who handed to the RB, who handed it to the WR, who pitched it back to Trubiksy, who waltzed into the end zone.
