News broke Sunday of Carolina Panthers Jerry Richardson would sell his team in the wake of sexual harassment and racist accusations.
Now long after, rapper Sean “P. Diddy” Combs took to Twitter announcing his interest in buying the team, saying he would like to get an ownership group together.
I would like to buy the @Panthers. Spread the word. Retweet!

Diddy also posted a video stating his interest in bringing Colin Kaepernick in to battle for a quarterback position, ending the alleged black-balling.
Kaepernick seems to be more interested in owning part of the team rather than playing on it.
I want in on the ownership group! Let’s make it happen! https://t.co/sDR4ciciY8

Another notable Bay-area athlete by the name of Steph Curry, who grew up a Panthers fan, has also expressed his interest in joining the prospective ownership group.
