Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee has a history of receiving random drug tests from the NFL. That may either be due to Pat McAfee being one of the craziest players in the league or the fact that he can boot it.
McAfee got hit with a “random” test following sending out a light-hearted tweet on 4/20, and he just got hit with another.
McAfee launched a 67-yard punt in the Colts first preseason game against the Buffalo Bills.

After tweeting out that photo of the issued test, the punter told ESPN, “I would have been offended if they didn’t test me. “You average 59 yards a punt. If you don’t get tested for that, you’re kind of upset about it to be honest.”
