During the Rams Week 1 game against the Panthers, new addition Eric Weddle left the game with a serious head contusion.
The injury occurred when the safety dove in head first to make a tackle on Carolina RB Christian McCaffery on a pass play.
After taking his helmet off, Weddle could be seen left blood gushing from his head.
