Every year 32 teams set out on the mission to reach the pinnacle of football, the Super Bowl. Only two teams are fortunate enough to find themselves playing in the final game of the NFL season and while the players and coaches deserve a lot of credit for getting the team to the promise land, employees behind the scenes often don’t get the love they rightfully deserve.

But Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank is making sure his employees, top to bottom, are rewarded for their hard work.

Jeff Schultz of the Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting that Blank will treat his employees to a trip to Houston to watch the team play for it’s first Super Bowl in history:

While, it’s not necessary for Blank to take every single employee to Houston for the big game, but Blank believes the team wouldn’t be in the position that it’s in if it weren’t for the amazing work his team (top to bottom) put in.

Also, it wouldn’t hurt to try to steal the home field advantage away from the New England Patriots as well.

This isn’t the first time an owner of a sports team has flown every employee on his payroll out to the big game, it’s been done in the past as well; The Carolina Panthers did it last year, flying all their employees out to San Francisco for Super Bowl 50.
