Image From Jaguars Game-Ending INT Shows Ball On Ground Without Ramsey’s Hands Underneath

The Jacksonville Jaguars are moving on to play in Steelers in the divisional round the NFL playoffs on the back of a game-sealing Jalen Ramsey interception with under a minute to go in the 4th quarter.

Numerous replays showed the ball may have hit the ground, but the evidence was not enough for replay officials to overturn the call, despite being eerily similar to a play earlier this season when Steelers TE Jesse James had a game-winning TD reversed.

James’ Pittsburgh teammate Ryan Shazier took to Twitter to express his frustration with the inconsistency.

A still from another replay appears to more clearly show the ball on the ground without any of Ramsey’s hands underneath. If it had been reversed, the Bills would have had one more shot a first down to continue a potential game-winning drive.

The Bills aren’t strangers to questionable calls from officials, with replay inexplicably overturning a Kelvin Benjamin TD reception after a review back in Week 16 against the Patriots.
