Called a penalty on the play, Bears QB Jay Cutler took this hard hitting direct blow to the chest by the crown of a 49ers defensive lineman late in the first half of Sunday night’s game vs San Francisco. Cutler stayed in the game and threw this beautiful TD pass to WR Brandon Marshall later in the same drive.
