The Chargers are moving to Los Angeles. The paperwork has been filed, but NFL rules state that they cannot leave San Diego until the players have been sworn in.
So Jimmy Kimmel invited Chargers stars Philip Rivers and Joey Bosa to his show to be unofficially officially sworn in.
