A Browns fan named Bill called into The Bull and The Fox radio show on 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland on Tuesday afternoon after the news broke that Johnny Manziel would be demoted from Browns starting QB to 3rd string after the video of Manziel partying was leaked, and needless to say, was very emotional about it.
