LOS ANGELES, CA – Another day, another Johnny Manziel story.

Earlier this week, Manziel hired the well-known agent Drew Rosenhaus, in efforts to try and get picked up by an NFL team in need of a quarterback. That agreement came under one condition: Manziel would enter treatment. According to all reports, that has not yet happened. Rosenhaus did say that if Johnny did eventually seek rehab, he will consider rescinding the termination.

That seems to be a far off possibility now considering Rosenhaus most likely won’t like the newest Johnny Manziel news floating around, that of a house party that left a 4.5 million dollar Los Angeles home destroyed and drug ridden.

According to the New York Post, the former Browns QB  and friends threw a “wild two-day party” at the rented LA pad, causing $32,000 in damages in just two days. What was left was so bad, the Los Angeles police had to be called in on April 6th.

According to Sporting News, Manziel has been served with a legal demand for the damages by the lawyer of real estate firm LA Exotic Life, which rents vacation properties.

“Mr. Manziel threw large parties on both nights, causing extensive damage . . . Evidence suggests [Manziel] and his guests were consuming drugs and alcohol . . . and that they caused a disturbance to the neighborhood,” lawyer Nik Ghazian wrote to Manziel’s representatives.

Below are some images obtained by The Post of the home ridden with drugs. The house also was filled with stains, broken glass and decor that cost thousands, alcohol bottles, and other trash.

Broker Nick Goodwin said, “They were supposed to check out at noon. Manziel was passed out. … There was cocaine all over the kitchen table, and mushrooms were still out on the table in front of him. There was booze everywhere … broken glasses over the floor and a Champagne glass in a tree. … If they don’t respond to our demand for compensation, we will sue.”

Manziel still of course remains as a free-agent quarterback that many NFL teams are looking to stay away from, for reasons exactly like this.

But the real question here, why would you even think about renting your house to Johnny Manziel?
