Nathan Peterman Had A Higher Passer Rating Throwing To Chargers Defense Than To Own Offense

The Bills reinstated Tyrod Taylor Wednesday morning following one of the worst performances by any quarterback in NFL history courtesy of rookie Nathan Peterman.

Peterman only completed 11 passes, 5 of which were to the other team. Throwing for only 66 yards and no touchdowns, his passer rating would have actually been better if he were purposely trying to throw to the Chargers defense if his yards after interceptions were translated to yards after catch and his pick-six was considered a touchdown.

His passer rating to the Chargers defense? 41.1. His rating to his own offense? 17.9.
